Mechanical Technician

• Install, assemble, and commission mechanical equipment and machinery as per technical drawings and specifications.
• Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on mechanical systems.
• Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out timely repairs to minimize downtime.
• Inspect machines regularly to identify wear, damage, or performance issues.
• Replace or repair mechanical components such as bearings, seals, belts, chains, pumps, valves, and gearboxes.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, manuals, and schematics accurately.
• Conduct alignment, leveling, lubrication, and calibration of mechanical systems.
• Ensure proper operation of hydraulic and pneumatic systems where applicable.
• Maintain service reports, maintenance logs, and spare parts usage records.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and industry standards at all times.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other technicians for effective maintenance planning.
• Support machine installation, testing, training, and handover to customers when required.
• Identify and recommend improvements to enhance machine reliability and performance.
• Assist in spare parts identification, ordering, and inventory control.
• Provide on-site service and technical support at customer locations when required.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
