Mechanical Technician

Industry: Agricultural & Farm Machinery

We are seeking a skilled Agricultural Machinery Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in agricultural machinery along with good computer skills to support diagnostics, reporting, and spare parts coordination.

Key Experience & Skills Required:

· Proven experience with Tractors, Combine Harvesters, Balers, Tele-Handlers and other agricultural machinery.

· Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, engines, transmissions, retrofits and powertrains.

· Hands-on experience with hydraulic implements and attachments.

· Ability to perform mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic diagnostics and repairs.

· Experience in preventive maintenance and breakdown troubleshooting.

Good computer knowledge for:

· Diagnostic software usage.

· Preparing service reports and job cards.

· Email communication and documentation.

· Ability to identify required spare parts and raise spare parts requests accurately.

· Experience coordinating with parts teams and maintaining service & parts records.

· Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and service documentation.

· Experience providing field service support and on-site repairs

· Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in agricultural machinery servicing.

· Experience with modern precision farming equipment is an added advantage.

Job Requirements:

· Technical diploma or certification in Agricultural / Mechanical Engineering (preferred)

· Must be based in UAE

· Valid GCC driving license (preferred)

· Relevant hands-on experience in agricultural machinery servicing.

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Willingness to travel to customer workshop sites when required.
