Mechanical Technician – Power Plant (Permanent Role)

Location: Sharjah

We’re hiring a Mechanical Technician / Junior Engineer for a leading power generation facility in Sharjah. If you have hands-on experience in combined cycle power plants, this is a strong opportunity to grow in a stable, long-term role.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• 3–5 years of experience in CCGT power plants
• Experience in maintenance of mechanical equipment in power plants
• Exposure to GE H-class / F-class gas turbines is a strong advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment including gas turbines, steam turbines, pumps, fans, boilers, compressors, HRSGs, valves, and heat exchangers
• Handle systems such as cooling, water treatment, wastewater treatment, and storage tanks
• Support upkeep of plant utilities, civil structures, and associated systems
• Ensure adherence to safety and operational standards
