Mechanical Technician (Road Blockers)

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation & Commissioning: Install road blockers, hydraulic power packs, and control units to precise manufacturing tolerances.
  • System Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair hydraulic leaks, cylinder failures, faulty sensors, and electrical control panels.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine checks on hydraulic fluid levels, valves, pumps, and moving parts to prevent equipment downtime.
  • Access Control Integration: Wire and integrate road blocker systems with Automatic Doors Road Blockers and Barriers , gate barriers, loop detectors, and CCTV networks.
  • Emergency Response: Perform emergency overrides and system resets, particularly on emergency fast operation (EFO) systems.

Core Requirements

  • Technical Qualifications: Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: 2–5 years hands-on experience working with hydraulic systems, PLC controls, and low-voltage security barriers.
  • Skills: Ability to read schematics, use multimeters, and operate heavy lifting/trenching equipment.

Pay: ﷼2,000.00 - ﷼4,000.00 per month
