Location: Texas ( Statewide Trave l or Relocation Required to Austin, Houston or DFW )

Salary Range: $160K–$200K+ + Bonus + Benefits

Project Scale: $200M+ Mechanical Build

Engagement: Multi-Year through 2029

We’re searching for an experienced mechanical construction leader who thrives in large, complex projects. If you’re a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager ready to step into an executive capacity, this is your chance to direct mechanical and HVAC operations on one of Texas’s premier data center programs.

You’ll lead teams, coordinate high-value systems, and ensure delivery excellence, all while shaping strategic decisions on a high-profile, multi-year build.

What You’ll Do

• Command mechanical and HVAC efforts for a massive Texas data center program.
• Coordinate budgets, track costs, and drive project financial performance.
• Manage schedules, staffing, procurement, and operational workflows.
• Serve as the point of contact for owners, engineers, and key stakeholders.
• Coach and develop project leadership teams on best practices and execution.
• Maintain safety, quality, and commissioning standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks while keeping project goals on track.

Who You Are

• 10+ years in mechanical/HVAC construction with increasing responsibility.
• Proven success on projects $100M+ (data center, mission-critical, or large commercial preferred).
• Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and client communications.
• Comfortable overseeing multi-year programs with high visibility.
• Open to travel or relocation within Texas.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
