About the Role

We’re seeking a driven Mechatronics Engineer to design, develop, and optimize integrated mechanical, electrical, and control systems. You’ll work across disciplines to build smart, efficient, and reliable products and automation solutions. This role is ideal for an engineer who loves hands-on prototyping, system integration, and solving complex interdisciplinary problems.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and develop mechatronic systems, including mechanical components, electromechanical assemblies, and embedded hardware.
  • Build prototypes and perform testing, validation, and troubleshooting of mechanical/electronic subsystems.
  • Develop and implement control algorithms, motor control systems, and real-time firmware.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system architecture, component selection, and product requirements.
  • Create technical drawings, schematics, and documentation (CAD models, PCB layouts, wiring diagrams, test procedures).
  • Optimize system performance for durability, precision, manufacturability, and cost.
  • Support production, testing, and field deployment of new products or automation equipment.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical design, electronics, and control systems.
  • Experience with CAD tools (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Creo, etc.).
  • Familiarity with embedded systems, microcontrollers (STM32, Arduino, PIC, etc.), and basic firmware development (C/C++ or Python).
  • Knowledge of sensors, actuators, motors, and electromechanical components.
  • Excellent analytical, hands-on prototyping, and troubleshooting skills.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with robotics, automation equipment, PLCs, or industrial control systems.
  • Background in PCB design or electrical schematics (Altium, KiCad, Eagle).
  • Exposure to simulation tools (MATLAB/Simulink, ROS, Gazebo).
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and DFM/DFT principles.
  • Experience with rapid prototyping tools (3D printing, CNC, laser cutter).

Why Join Us

  • Work on innovative systems at the intersection of mechanics, electronics, and controls.
  • Opportunity to influence product direction and see designs through from concept to deployment.
  • Collaborative, hands-on engineering culture.
