Overview
This role supports multi-site robotics and automation rollouts across the U.S. The focus sits on on-site coordination, deployment support, and day-to-day execution. The role suits professionals with site delivery experience who enjoy structured work, travel, and fast-moving projects.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate on-site deployment activity across robotics, hardware, and supporting systems.

Track daily progress against install plans and milestones.

Act as the on-site point of contact for installers, vendors, and internal teams.

Support setup, configuration, and validation of robotics and hardware systems.

Raise risks, issues, and blockers with clear written updates.

Support third-party installation teams with guidance and issue resolution.

Assist with basic hardware and software troubleshooting during deployment.

Track inventory, spare parts, and equipment movement on site.

Support commissioning activities during go-live phases.

Work across multiple sites with overlapping schedules.
Skills and Experience

Background in engineering delivery, technical coordination, construction, or site operations.

Experience working on live sites or rollout programmes.

Exposure to robotics, automation, industrial systems, or IT hardware deployments.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Clear written and verbal communication in site-based environments.

Comfortable following defined standards, plans, and procedures.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel without close supervision.

Exposure to IPCs, thin clients, or endpoint hardware preferred.
