Mechnical Engineer (UPDA-C)

We are a leading construction and fit-out company in Qatar seeking a Mechanical Engineer (UPDA Certified) with 5–6 years of GCC experience to join our growing and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all mechanical works including HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements and local authorities’ standards.
• Monitor site progress, manpower, and material usage to ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Prepare and submit method statements, material submittals, inspection requests, and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and project quality requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• UPDA Certification (Mandatory).
• 5–6 years of GCC experience, preferably in construction or fit-out projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
