Med Spa Front Manager

Front Office Manager | Medical Spa

Rejuven8 Med Spa is launching a high-end, design-forward luxury medical spa — and we are looking for a strong, polished, and highly organized Front Office Manager to become a founding team member.

This role is the heartbeat of the spa.

You will be the first impression, the operational backbone, and the person who ensures every client experience flows seamlessly from arrival to checkout.

We are looking for someone warm yet assertive, elegant yet efficient, someone who can handle high standards, fast decisions, and elevated clientele with confidence and grace.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to grow with a luxury brand from day one.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Welcoming clients with a polished, luxury-level presence
  • Managing check-in and check-out flow
  • Scheduling appointments and optimizing provider calendars
  • Rebooking clients and encouraging long-term treatment plans
  • Supporting retail and package sales when needed
  • Managing daily operations and front desk systems
  • Overseeing inventory and product organization
  • Handling confirmations, last-minute changes, and schedule adjustments
  • Communicating clearly with clients regarding treatments and policies

Operational Flow & Team Coordination

  • Ensuring smooth synchronization between treatment rooms, the RN, and the Esthetician
  • Monitoring appointment timing to keep the day running efficiently
  • Supporting schedule optimization to maximize productivity and client satisfaction
  • Helping the spa operate in alignment with growth and revenue goals

You will help set the tone, protect the schedule, and support overall performance in a calm and solutions-focused way.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
