About Us

The Science of Beauty is a boutique medical aesthetics and wellness medspa located in Dallas, Texas. We are passionate about helping our clients look and feel their best through personalized, results-driven care. Our team is close-knit, our standards are high, and our client relationships are everything. We are growing — and we're looking for the right person to grow with us.

The Role

We're looking for a warm, driven, and operationally sharp Med Spa Manager to lead our day-to-day. This is not a clock-in-clock-out position — it's a leadership role for someone who takes ownership, loves people, and thrives in a fast-moving environment. You will be the heartbeat of this practice: keeping the team aligned, the revenue growing, the clients happy, and the systems running smoothly.

If you have a background in medical aesthetics or wellness, a natural ability to lead and sell, and you genuinely care about the experience clients have from the moment they walk in — we want to hear from you.

A Note on Who We're Looking For

We are not looking to fill a seat — we are looking to build a partnership. The Science of Beauty is a growing practice with a bold vision, and we want a manager who sees this role as more than a job. If you are someone who wants to plant roots, grow into expanded leadership, and be genuinely invested in the long-term success of a business, you belong here. We are committed to rewarding that kind of loyalty and dedication — including the potential for equity participation as the business scales. If you are looking for a place to clock in and clock out, this is not it. But if you are looking for a place to build something, grow with a team that cares, and be recognized for the impact you make — we would love to meet you.
