We are medical spa & are seeking an Aesthetician / MedSpa Manager to take ownership of operations, staff performance, social media content and patient experience.
This is a leadership role. It is not a fit for candidates seeking low responsibility, or a service-only position.
You will be responsible for both clinical execution and operational performance.
Responsibilities:
- Social media content creation
- Own day-to-day medspa operations and workflow
- Manage staff scheduling, accountability, and productivity
- Monitor and improve provider performance
- Drive patient retention, rebooking, and treatment plan compliance
- Maintain strict standards for professionalism and execution
- Work directly with ownership on growth and structure
Requirements (Read Carefully):
- Active New York Aesthetician License (preferred)
- Prior leadership or senior-level experience (required)
- Experience in a medical or results-driven setting (required)
- Strong operational mindset — not just treatment-focused
- Comfortable being directly accountable for team performance
- Highly organized, reliable, and consistent
