Med Spa Master Esthetician

Azure Dream Day Spa is looking to hire a Master Esthetician with Med Spa laser experience and proven track record of meeting Med Spa sales goals for at least 2 years in a med spa or spa setting.

The right candidate must have the following:

• Master Esthetician license in the state of VA
• Certified in Med Spa laser systems (Laser hair removal, IPL, RF Microneedling, etc.)
• Must be experienced with sales and service/product recommendations
• Able to perform the following tasks:

- Facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, waxing, tinting, etc.

- Experience with Laser hair removal and various med spa lasers and services, such as IPL & RF Microneedling

- Educate clients on skincare regimens to promote healthy skin

- Follow all company policies related to the position (Cleaning protocols, etc.)

- Maintain sales goals for membership and package sales

- Create a welcoming, relaxing, and soothing atmosphere for the spa clients

- Work well with coworkers

- Maintain a professional appearance at all times

- Have flexibility and reliability to attend all scheduled shifts

Shifts available: 2 to 3 weekdays; Sundays are required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
