Skin Boutique Medical Aesthetics is seeking a polished, professional, and patient-focused Medical Aesthetician + Medical Assistant to join our luxury medspa in Cypress, CA.

This hybrid role is ideal for someone who has a strong passion for skincare, aesthetics, patient care, and luxury service. The ideal candidate is confident performing aesthetic treatments, assisting with clinical flow, educating patients on skincare, and supporting the provider and front office team with professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Perform results-driven aesthetic treatments, including facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, Hydrafacial-style treatments, microneedling support, and other approved skincare services.

Assist providers with patient preparation, room turnover, supplies, treatment support, and clinical documentation.

Provide a warm, elevated, and professional patient experience from consultation through post-treatment care.

Educate patients on medical-grade skincare, treatment plans, memberships, and maintenance recommendations.

Support skincare retail sales through personalized product recommendations and patient education.

Assist with patient intake forms, consent forms, charting, treatment notes, and follow-up communication.

Prepare treatment rooms, maintain sanitation protocols, and ensure all clinical areas remain clean, organized, and compliant.

Take and organize before-and-after photos as directed.

Support inventory management, product restocking, and retail merchandising.

Assist with front desk support as needed, including scheduling, phone calls, checkout, payments, and patient coordination.

Discuss Cherry financing or other payment options with patients when appropriate.

Support social media needs, including light content capture, treatment room visuals, and patient education moments when approved.

Qualifications

Licensed Esthetician in California required.

Medical Assistant experience strongly preferred.

Previous medspa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or luxury wellness experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of skincare, skin treatments, and medical-grade products.

Professional appearance, polished communication, and luxury-level patient service skills.

Comfortable discussing skincare regimens, treatment plans, packages, memberships, and financing options.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Tech-savvy and comfortable learning EMR, booking, CRM, and payment systems.

Positive, team-oriented, and eager to grow within the aesthetic industry.
