Titan SenQuest Management, Inc. is seeking a Caregiver/Med Tech for The Willow’s Assisted Living, our senior living community in Blackfoot, ID. Caregivers play a vital role in assisting residents with daily activities in a supportive, positive environment. Med Techs carry out caregiver duties while also administering medication.

No prior experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training for caregiver positions.

Shifts Available:

• Morning Shift - 6am to 2pm Tuesday thru Saturday Med Tech
• Morning Shift - 6am to 2pm Friday thru Monday Med Tech

Duties & Responsibilities

✔ Conduct rounds to check on residents ✔ Assist with bathing, dressing, and toileting ✔ Light housekeeping (resident rooms & spills) ✔ Help residents get to and from the dining area ✔ Serve meals in the dining room or private rooms ✔ Follow nursing service policies & procedures ✔ Maintain a warm, respectful attitude with residents & colleagues ✔ Attend work reliably and be a strong team player ✔ Med Techs only: Safely administer medication ✔ Adhere to OSHA, fire, health department, and safety regulations

Qualifications & Requirements

Must be 18 years or older

Previous experience with seniors preferred

Complete orientation & ongoing training annually

Effective English communication skills (written & verbal)

Strong ethics and personal accountability

Basic computer skills

Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
