Med Tech – Days Thurs-Mon (40 hours) / Evening Sunday-Wednesday (32 hours) / Float Sunday-Friday (32 hours)

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Med Tech to join our care team. This role focuses on supporting residents with daily medication administration.

The ideal candidate is patient, attentive to detail, and committed to providing respectful, person-centered care that promotes residents’ dignity, comfort, and safety. Shifts Available: Days Thurs-Mon (40 hours) / Evening Sunday-Wednesday (32 hours) / Float Sunday-Friday (32 hours)

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medication administration per care plans and state guidelines
• Document medications and care accurately using EMR (PCC preferred)
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
• Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and confidentiality (HIPAA compliant)
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Support a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

Qualifications

• CNA/HCA certification
• Med Tech experience preferred
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care highly preferred
• Knowledge of basic caregiving procedures and medication assistance
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems (PCC a plus)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
