Job Summary:

Join our dedicated team at AdviniaCare Naples as a Med Tech Care Partner! As a Med Tech Care Partner, you will assist residents who require assistance with daily living activities, including medication management, grooming, incontinence care, food preparation, feeding, bathing, laundry, and light housekeeping. You will also ensure a safe and comfortable home environment by following safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including medication management, grooming, incontinence care, food preparation, feeding, bathing, laundry, and light housekeeping

• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment by following safety policies and procedures

• Encourage an atmosphere of optimism, warmth, and sincere concern for each resident and their family

• Collaborate with the care team to ensure resident-centered care

Requirements:

• Prior experience preferred (PCC experience preferred)

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or active license

• Basic Life Support (BLS)/Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certificate

• Tuberculosis (TB) clearance

• Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR) clearance

• Previous experience working with seniors and desire to serve and care for seniors

• Experience with Alzheimer's or dementia care

• High school diploma or equivalency required

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Previous Med Passer experience required
