Med Tech / Caregiver

CURRENTLY HIRING FOR 8 HOUR SHIFTS. - A few interim 12-hour shifts are currently available. HIRING PT and FT for the following shifts: 6:30a - 3:00p, 2:30p - 10:30p, 3p - 8p, and 10:30pm to 6:30am.

Our assisted living community is seeking a Medication Technician to help ensure that our residents' medications are being taken in the most effective manner possible. The Medication Technician is responsible for measuring and dispensing medication, collecting medication information and correctly recording any prescription changes or new additions. We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented Medication Technician who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Follow medication administration procedures.
• Follow discipline-specific procedures and protocols to help residents.
• Facilitate medication usage by the residents'.
• Record medication usage information examined by staff members and licensing agencies.
• Communicate with others involved in our residents' care, including doctors, family members, and other staff..

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
