Are you kind-hearted, reliable, and ready to make a real difference in the lives of seniors living with Alzheimer's and dementia? Sunset Estates and Villa Memory Care in Ontario, Oregon, is urgently seeking dedicated caregivers, CNAs, PCAs, and aspiring Med Techs to join our close-knit, family-like team.

We operate two beautiful, 16-bed memory care facilities—locally owned and operated, with our second location opening in early 2022. Our mission is simple yet profound: to create a loving, safe environment where residents are cared for like family, helping them maintain dignity, joy, and the highest possible quality of life despite memory loss.

What You'll Do:

• Provide compassionate caregiving and personal support to residents
• Pass medications as a delegated Med Tech (training provided if needed)
• Assist with daily activities, emotional support, and creating joyful moments
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and home-like environment
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional, family-centered care
