Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Med Tech / Caregiver to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide high-quality resident care, assist with daily living activities, within a memory care, setting. Your expertise will help ensure residents receive respectful, personalized care that promotes their well-being and comfort. Responsibilities

• Assist residents and patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, mobility, and feeding.
• Administer medications following physician orders while adhering to HIPAA regulations and safety protocols.
• Document using electronic health record (EHR) systems with precision and compliance.
• Maintain a safe environment
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Provide compassionate emotional support to individuals with dementia or cognitive impairments in memory or Alzheimer’s care settings
• Support residents in assisted living or hospice environments by delivering respectful, patient-centered care tailored to their unique needs

Experience

• Prior experience working in assisted living facilities or nursing homes, is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of specialized caregiving for individuals with neurological conditions such as dementia or Alzheimer’s disease is advantageous
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team.
• Previous roles involving medication administration, are highly desirable
• Demonstrated compassion and patience when caring for seniors with disabilities in diverse settings.
