Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and certified Med Tech - Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our healthcare team in Albany, GA. The ideal candidate will be a Registered Medication Aide in the state of Georgia and possess the necessary certification to safely administer medications and provide quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications to patients as prescribed and in accordance with state regulations.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and report any concerns to nursing staff or physicians promptly.
• Maintain accurate medication records and documentation.
• Assist with patient care activities as needed, including vital signs monitoring and basic nursing tasks.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Registered Medication Aide (RMA) in the state of Georgia.
• Completion of a state-approved Medication Aide training program.
• Strong knowledge of medication administration and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
