Med-Tech / CMT (Assisted Living) Days/Evenings

*Job Summary* As a Certified Medication Aide, you will be responsible for administering medications to assisted living residents. Your role is crucial in ensuring the safe and accurate administration of medications to individuals in various healthcare settings.

*Duties* - Administer medications to patients as prescribed by healthcare providers - Monitor and record patients' vital signs and reactions to medications - Maintain accurate and updated medical records - Assist with medical equipment management (DME) - Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide optimal patient care - Utilize your knowledge of physiology to ensure proper medication administration - Comfort and experience working with elders and those with physical and/or mental challenges.

*Qualifications* - Certification as a Medication Aide - Proficiency in medication administration protocols - Familiarity with medical terminology and practices - Ability to accurately document patient information - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Prior experience in assisted living or adult day health is beneficial.

Pay: Up to $24.00 per hour

Shift: Days (7am - 3pm and Evenings 3pm - 11pm) including every other weekend.

Expected hours: 24 – 32 hours per week
