Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Med Tech for Grave shift to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being while assisting with daily living activities. This role is crucial in delivering high-quality care to individuals, particularly in settings focused on senior care, geriatrics, and memory care.

Duties

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Provide support for patients with dementia and other cognitive impairments through compassionate care techniques.
• Assist in the management of medical equipment and durable medical equipment (DME) as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Engage with patients to promote social interaction and emotional support.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare team members regarding any changes in patient condition.

Experience

• Previous experience in long-term care or senior care settings is preferred.
• CNA license preferred but not required, we will train. Depending on experience, we will train as MedTech.
• Familiarity with medical terminology related to geriatrics and infectious disease care is advantageous.
• Experience working with systems that support patient service delivery is a plus.
• A strong understanding of memory care practices will enhance the quality of patient interactions.

We are looking for grave shifts and some evenings.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
