Med Tech- Day Shift

Responsibilities:

• Help with personal assistance such as dressing, assisting with showers, baths, and toiletry assistance, along with other activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Demonstrate kindness and dignity during resident interactions
• Provide companionship and build rapport with residents
• Document cares appropriately
• Follow HIPAA and all other Apple Valley Residence policies
• Certified Medication Aide, Pass medications according to each resident’s care plan (MedTech) NOT REQUIRED, but desired

You will be a great addition to the team if you have:

• Prior caregiving experience is desired, but not required
• Medication Aide certified, desired*, but not required
• Passion and drive for helping others

*While being MedTech certified is not mandatory for hire, we are looking for applicants who are interested in obtaining a MedTech certificate. Apple Valley will assist in facilitating an appropriate certification course.

Starting Pay (depending on experience):

Personal Care Assistant $14.00+
Personal Care Assistant + Med Tech $15.00+
Certified Nursing Assistant + Med Tech $15.00+

Available Schedule:

6:00AM - 2:00PM
