Location: Newhaven Court at Clearview – Butler, PA

Pay: $16.70 (Start) $ $18.20 (Within 45 Days) Status: Part-Time (3 shifts per week)

Are you a dedicated Caregiver with at least one year of experience, ready to take the next step in your clinical career? Newhaven Court at Clearview is looking for an ambitious Med Tech in Training for our 2nd-shift team. We provide the paid training and the fast-track path to your Medication Technician certification within your first 45 days.

The "Fast-Track" Path:

• Phase 1 (Days 1–45): Start as a Resident Wellness Associate at $16.70/hr, learning our community care standards and resident routines during the afternoon/evening block.

• Phase 2 (Day 45+): Upon successful completion of our Medication Certification training, you will be promoted to Medication Technician (Med Tech) with an immediate pay increase to $18.20/hr.

The Schedule:

• Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Frequency: 3 shifts per week

• Weekends: Includes every other Saturday and Sunday rotation.
