Key Responsibilities

• Accurately administer medications and treatments during the overnight block.
• Monitor resident safety and wellness throughout the night.
• Prepare for the morning transition by documenting resident status clearly.
• Provide compassionate support and assistance as needed.

What We Look For

• Experience: 1 year of experience in senior living, home health, or a clinical setting preferred.
• Reliability: 3rd shift is critical—we need professionals with a "rock-solid" attendance record.
• Independence: Ability to work efficiently and stay focused during overnight hours.
