Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
• Monitor and document residents' health status and medication responses.
• Assist residents with daily living activities to promote independence.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members regarding resident needs.
• Provide compassionate support to residents and their families.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving role preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with residents and staff.
