The Groves Retirement Home in Ephrata is looking to add to our Care Team.

MED TECH - PERSONAL CARE AID - CNA

Two openings available: AM and PM

7:15 am to 12 noon +/-

4:00 pm- 10pm +/-

This person will give medications, order medications as needed, assist with meal serving and prep, assist with light evening housekeeping, provide resident care. If NOT currently certified to give medication, willing to train the right candidate.

The right candidate will be able to handle multi-tasks from, assisting residents with daily care needs (bathing, dressing, hair care, and dispensing medications), laundry, assisting in the kitchen and general housekeeping.

This is a perfect job for a person that has experience managing a household, CNA, or prior experience serving people such as working in a restaurant. This candidate must enjoy working with and assisting Seniors. Candidate will focus on providing personalized care to each resident and running the house. Logic, Organization, Honesty, Time Management and Mobility required for this position.

If you have experience running a home, able to problem solve, like caring for people, able to work independently, like being busy and active and have good people skills..... this job is for you.

This position could be combined with Open Homemaker-Cook position for additional hours.

Hours.

• 2 to 5 days/shifts per week with every other weekend required or one weekend shift each week.
• Additional hours may be available.
• Ideal Candidate will have flexibility in working additional shifts if needed.
• Pay based on experience

Must be 24 years old and have a HS diploma or GED.
