As a Med-Tech, you will provide quality care and services to all residents and their families. You will provide assistance of medication administration for residents according to their care plan and physician's orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments
- Maintain clinical documentation and compliance
- Complete state and company required annual medication trainings
- Provide resident care to ensure care needs are met according to the resident's care plan
- Maintain the comfort, privacy, and dignity in the delivery of service to residents
- Ensures compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations, as well as community policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned, including care tasks/assignments as needed and delegated
Required Qualifications:
- Active NJ State CMA Certification
- Active NJ HHA or CNA Certification
- Minimum of six (6) months experience working with seniors in Assisted Living, Long-Term care, Home Health or Hospital environment
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skill
Schedule Requirements:
- Must be available to work weekends
