Med Tech/Caregiver - FULL TIME

We are looking for team players to join our staff at a small, locally owned residential care facility in Independence, Oregon.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must love working with Seniors!
At least 18 years of age
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Caregiving experience is preferred, but will train the right person
Must be able to pass a state required background check

Able to work on-call at times

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Relate to clients and co-workers in a warm, caring, age appropriate manner
- Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
- Assist distributing medications in a timely manner
- Documentation of progress for each client
- Respond appropriately to immediate and emergent client needs
- Monitor the activities of clients in order to assure the individuals health and safety, while maintaining their privacy and dignity
- Light housekeeping and maintenance tasks
