Rotating Set Schedule:

Week 1: Mon, Tues, Wed on. Th & Fri off. Sat/Sun on

Week 2: Mon, Tues, off. Wed, Thurs, Fri on. Sat/Sun off

Rate of Pay:

PM shift: $20-22 per hour - 2:00 pm to 10 pm

Minimum Requirements:

Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, stand/walk for up to 8 hours per day and lift up to 80 lbs.

Must be able to pass a criminal background check as required by DHS 83

Must have a positive attitude and approach those we serve with empathy, gentleness and compassion at all times.

Must be able to work well with others as a team to provide exceptional care.

Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

Duties

Assist residents with activities of daily living.

Administer prescribed medications accurately per MD orders and facility protocols

Monitor vital signs

Documentation using electronic charting: ECP (will train)

Observe, report and document changes in resident status

Maintain Patient Privacy following HIPPA

Assist with transfers using gait belts, sit-to-stand or Hoyer lift.

Assist with ambulation.

Follow all safety protocols to maintain a clean and hazard-free environment

Be a positive team member with ability to get along well with others and handle difficult situations or emergencies.
