Med Tech/Caregiver

```Duties```
- Provide direct patient care in assistedliving.
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Medications and treatments assistance as prescribed by healthcare professionals. (MT only)
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to PCP.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records.
- Collaborate with the RCC/ED to ensure optimal patient care.
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment.

```Experience```
- Previous experience in caregiving or senior care is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and basic knowledge of healthcare systems.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems such as RTasks.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature to provide quality patient care.
