Med Tech/Caregiver

Aspen Valley Senior Living, professionally managed by Ohana Ventures, is a premier senior living community that is seeking experienced caregivers that would be responsible for carrying out ADL services to residents in accordance with their service plan including providing personal care for all residents, communicating with medical professionals and families about the needs of residents under the direction of the Health Services Director and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.

Must be self-motivated and can work independently and make decisions.

Duties
Duties include but are not limited to:

Providing Care of residents

Maintaining required training

Continuous quality improvement

Maintaining compliance with al local, state, and federal guidelines

Safety Compliance

Team Effectiveness

Perform other duties as assigned or needed

Experience
Required…….Minimum of 6 months experience in a caregiving role or similar function. Must be able to pass a fingerprint background check.

Preferred…….Med Certification and CPR certification

Working Conditions

Verbally able to articulate in person and over the phone. Able to communicate in written form and complete documentation as required by state and community policies.

Must be able to work under pressure, to resolve conflicts, to prioritize tasks, and follow through with ideas. Excellent verbal and written skills, and interpersonal skills and company regulations.

Physical Requirements

Sitting, walking, bending, reading, written and verbal communication, and lifting to 50 pounds.
