Hearthstone Village Memory Care – Kootenai, Idaho

Hearthstone Village Memory Care is hiring compassionate, dependable Caregivers and Medication Technicians for all shifts to support residents in a structured Memory Care environment.

Positions Available

• Caregivers• Medication Technicians• All shifts available (Day, Evening, Night, Weekend)• Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities

Position Expectations

• Availability to work weekends and holidays is required as part of a 24-hour care environment• Reliable attendance is an essential function of this role

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)• Provide person-centered care in a Memory Care setting• Support dementia-related behavioral and safety needs• Assist with mobility, hygiene, meals, and supervision• Medication administration per Idaho regulations (Med Techs)• Maintain accurate documentation and task completion• Promote a calm, respectful, and structured care environment• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership

Qualifications

• Caregiving or healthcare experience preferred but not required• Medication Technician certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)• Memory Care or dementia experience strongly preferred• Strong teamwork and communication skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced care environment• Must pass background check and meet Idaho requirements

Compensation

• Starting at $17 per hour DOE (Caregivers)• Starting at $19 per hour DOE (Medication Technicians)• Shift differentials may apply• Growth opportunities available with new leadership structure
