Med Tech/Caregiver

```Duties```
- Administer medications to patients according to prescribed dosage and schedule
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each patient
- Follow all HIPAA regulations
- Provide care for patients with dementia or other cognitive impairments
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans

```Experience```
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in assisted living or acute care
- Proficiency in medication administration and understanding of different medication delivery systems
- Experience providing care for patients with dementia or other cognitive impairments
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
