Med Tech/Caregiver

Overview:

Vineyard Ranch at Tamecula is an Assisted and Memory Care community.
We are seeking a dedicated Medication Technician/caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care and dementia care, medication records management, and resident caregiving. Duties:
- Assist in providing resident care and support
- Manage medical records accurately and efficiently
- Utilize QMAR systems for documentation and data entry
- Provide compassionate care in memory care, hospice care, and other non medical settings.

Experience:
- Previous experience in dementia care, hospice care, or memory care is preferred
- Familiarity with medication terminology and resident care practices
- Proficiency in using QMAR systems for medication record management
- Strong caregiving skills and a compassionate approach to resident interactions

Pay: $17.14 - $18.65 per hour
