Med Tech/Caregiver - Weekend BAYLOR:

Work DAY and SWING on Saturday and Sunday (4 shifts) and get paid for 5 shifts!

Peters Creek Retirement is seeking a full-time Medication Technician for our WEEKEND Med Tech BAYLOR SHIFT. Grow your skills with our team of compassionate individuals who love what they do and who they serve!

Successful candidate will hold an active HCA or CNA certification in the State of Washington, Nurse Delegation and at least 1 yr of Medication Technician experience.

Responsibilities:

Med Tech/Caregivers assist residents, ensuring resident choice, independence, privacy, respect, and dignity in all interactions. This role provides personal care services and exceptional clinical observation of residents living at Peters Creek.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (NAC/CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) Certification required; Registered Nursing Assistant (NAR) acceptable with proof of graduation from approved school, a copy of NAR, and on condition that CNA is earned within 120 days of hire or as state testing becomes available
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English
• 1 year medication technician/caregiving experience and 2 years' experience working with seniors, preferred
• Ability to pass DSHS background check, required
• Must have Nurse Delegation
• Must be available to work double shifts both Saturday and Sunday, 7am-11pm.
