Renaissance Care Homes is currently seeking experienced Caregivers / Med Techs to join our dedicated team. We are looking for compassionate, reliable professionals who thrive in an organized and well-structured environment and are passionate about providing exceptional care.

Available Shifts:

• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Position Summary

The selected candidate must demonstrate compassion, strong interpersonal skills, and a consistent attendance record. The ideal candidate has experience working with individuals living with dementia and is committed to delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal companionship and supervision to all residents during your shift
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and exercise
• Prepare and serve meals
• Oversee medication management
• Accurately prepare and administer medications in compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations
• Document vital signs, medication administration, resident behaviors related to medication administration, medication incidents/accidents, and facility incident/accident reports
• Report any concerns or issues to the direct supervisor promptly
• Perform general housekeeping duties including dishes, dusting, mopping, laundry, and sweeping

Qualifications

• Med Tech Certification (required)
• CPR and First Aid Certification (required)
• Experience working with individuals with dementia (preferred)
