Med Technician for Assisted Living & Memory Care

Our Assisted Living & Memory Care Facility is currently hiring full-time Med Techs to work in our senior living community. Our facility is a warm and inviting facility. We are looking for dependable and dedicated staff that will provide outstanding care to our Residents.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Complete Medication pass on assigned unit per facility protocol.
• Document all medications given to residents scheduled.
• Report to Charge Nurse any change in Resident's status.
• Make sure Medication count is done and documented every shift.
• Providing personal services, such as bathing, grooming, feeding, and elimination.
• Recording and monitoring vital signs and performing basic laboratory tests
• Helping patients move in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs and automobiles.
• Maintaining a clean, healthy and safe environment.
• Providing basic wound care and CPR and first aid when needed.
• Participating in care planning and communicating with staff and family members.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dependable
• Experience required
• Valid current certifications
• Positive attitude

SCHEDULES:

• 6am to 2pm, 2 pm to 10pm, & 10 pm to 6 am.
• Various shifts available including opportunities for weekends and possible overtime.
