Med Techs - Assisted Living / Memory Care

Shift Differentials and Incentive Pay Available

Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and detail-oriented Med Techs to join our team for 2nd shift in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Rockingham, NC. In this role, you will provide direct resident care while administering medications and treatments in accordance with individualized care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care, engagement, and companionship to residents
• Assist with and monitor the medication program
• Accurately document medications and maintain medical records
• Support and encourage residents in daily activities and routines
• Assist with activity programs as needed

Qualifications

• Positive team player with a passion for working with people
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Medical Technician Certification (or ability to obtain per state requirements)
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
• Previous Assisted Living or Adult Care Home experience preferred

Pay is based on experience and performance. Shift differentials and incentive pay apply.
