Why is location important: Your assignments are mapped from your home location, which means our goal is to keep your drive under 30 minutes,

• The coverage area includes Medford and the surrounding areas.
• Please assess your driving requirements if you do not live in the Beaverton area within a 30 minute drivetime

What you need?

• A personal Vehicle, Adult Caring Skills and/or Child Caregiving Skills and a minimum of 2 years caring for others
• The ability to manage your own schedule and clients

At ABC we offer the the following:

• Flexible Scheduling - you own the calendar, we book you when you are available: Our hiring preferences are for a 30-40 hour per week availability.
• Travel - This job demands a personal vehicle Travel Bonus for extended Drive Times (min $10 per day)

A Day at Work:

• Communicate - At Arrival - Meet and Greet your family and get to know what's important to everyone for the day. Make a plan!
• Engage - Get to know your client, create your space for the day, and enjoy your time
• Ensure Safety - Safety first, so making sure your charges are in view and safe is #1
• Prepare Light Meals - When you arrive, you'll talk about lunch plans, and maybe prepare a light lunch for the kids.
• Exit Clean-Up - When the day is over, you'll put it all back to rights again, and bid everyone a nice good bye until next time
• New Day - New Client - get ready to meet a new family, let the games begin!

Although we are a small company we seek to build solid and supportive relationships with our team, and actively support the requests and preferences that are shared with us. This means that you, the Caregiver, are in charge. Anytime will work for you to ensure you are getting the hours you want, where you want them, and with the kind of families you prefer.
