- Current MN teaching license in elementary, art, and/or literacy instruction/media preferred. We will work with candidates on Out of Field Permissions as necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in education (Master’s degree preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building relationships and connecting with teachers from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work collaboratively with school leaders, administrators, and other stakeholders.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Commitment to the mission and values of Robbinsdale Area Schools and a passion for supporting student success.
- 3 years of teaching experience or more preferred.

PURPOSE
This position provides instruction and support to students in media, art, and literacy, providing at least 90 minutes of literacy instruction daily.
