About the Role
We’re hiring a hands‑on Media Buyer who can plan, launch, and strategically scale Meta & Google campaigns to drive qualified consultations for healthcare brands. You’ll own both execution and strategy—turning budgets into predictable revenue while maintaining compliance and data hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Paid Growth Strategy for assigned clinics: market sizing, offer positioning, channel mix, and experimentation roadmap.
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta (Lead/Conversion) and Google (Search, PMax, Display, YouTube) across multiple cities.
- Build keyword/audience strategies, write high‑converting ad copies & hooks; brief & review creatives.
- Implement accurate conversion tracking (Pixels, GTM, GA4), set up offline conversions(GCLID/FBCLID/Lead ID) and CRM routing (TeleCRM/Zoho/WhatsApp).
- Daily optimization: bids, budgets, placements, negatives, frequency, and A/B testing.
- Drive CRO on landing pages (load speed, trust signals, forms, CTA hierarchy) with web/design.
- Maintain clean SOPs & naming conventions; ship weekly reports with CPL, CPA, ROAS, bookings.
- Ensure policy & privacy compliance for healthcare verticals.
- Collaborate with CSMs & Sales to improve lead quality → appointment → show‑ups.
Must‑Have Skills
- Proven hands‑on Meta & Google Ads experience with lead‑gen at scale.
- Strong analytics: explain movements in CTR/CVR/CPL/CPA with data and clear next actions.
- GA4, GTM, Pixel implementation, UTM hygiene, Sheets/Excel proficiency.
- Clear communication, speed, and multi‑account prioritization.
- Healthcare performance marketing exposure is a big plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nolambur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
