Media Buyer

We’re looking for a performance-driven media buyer who knows how to test fast, scale winners, and keep CAC under control. If you enjoy experimenting, breaking things down, and taking full ownership of results, this role is for you.

What you’ll handle

• Running and managing Meta Ads for multiple digital-product brands
• Building testing setups: creatives, audiences, angles, funnels
• Launching campaigns and tracking daily performance
• Aggressive optimization based on data, not guesswork
• Spotting winning creatives and scaling them safely
• Sharing briefs with the creative team for new hooks and concepts
• Tracking all key metrics (ROAS, CAC, CPP, CPM, CTR, thumb-stop)
• Reporting insights to the founder clearly and consistently

What you need to be good at

• Meta Ads Manager (ASC, ABO, CBO, Conversion campaigns)
• Scaling frameworks and structured testing
• Reading data and making fast decisions
• Understanding customer psychology and creative angles
• Fixing funnel leaks and improving conversion

Bonus points

• Experience with Shopify or digital-product funnels
• Basic copywriting or creative briefing skills
• Exposure to Google/TikTok/Pinterest ads
