Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Planning & Strategy

  • Develop comprehensive media buying strategies across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and programmatic channels.
  • Analyze market trends, audience behavior, and competitors to identify targeting opportunities.
  • Work closely with the content and design team to develop effective creatives for campaigns.

2. Campaign Execution

  • Set up, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns to achieve KPIs such as leads, conversions, sales, and brand awareness.
  • Monitor performance and ensure campaigns run smoothly with proper tracking and attribution.

3. Analytics & Optimization

  • Analyze campaign data to measure performance and identify improvement areas.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Track ROI, cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-lead (CPL), and other performance metrics.

4. Budget Management

  • Allocate media budgets effectively across channels to maximize performance.
  • Monitor spending and ensure campaigns remain within approved budgets.
  • Forecast spending and recommend budget adjustments based on performance.

5. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work with the Marketing Manager, Social Media Team, and Content Creators to align paid media strategies with overall marketing objectives.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, and platform representatives when required.

6. Tools & Platforms Management

  • Manage campaign setup through Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.
  • Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, and platform dashboards.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Media Buyer or Paid Ads Specialist.
  • Strong experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and at least one additional platform (TikTok/Snapchat/Programmatic).
  • Proficient in analytics tools and data interpretation.
  • Strong communication, time management, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with e-commerce, lead generation, or performance marketing is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of retargeting, lookalike audiences, and conversion-based campaigns.
  • Experience in using CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Basic understanding of landing page optimization and funnel building.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
