Valor Real Estate is a dynamic and rapidly growing real estate firm based in Dubai. We specialize in both off-plan and ready properties and are now expanding our marketing team to scale our digital presence and lead generation.

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Media Buyer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in managing paid ad campaigns. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil etc language and have a strong grasp of real estate or e-commerce campaign strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
• Analyze ad performance and make data-driven decisions to maximize ROI.
• Perform audience research, A/B testing, and ad placement strategy.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad content.
• Prepare campaign performance reports and propose improvements.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of proven experience in media buying or paid performance marketing
• Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other digital platforms
• Strong analytics and reporting skills (Google Analytics, Excel, etc.)
• Fluency in Arabic or Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, etc. is mandatory
• Experience in real estate or e-commerce preferred
• Based in UAE with immediate or short-notice availability
