Morosoft is looking for a results-driven and analytical Media Buyer with 2–4 years of experience who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to generate leads, sales, and maximum ROI.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and performance marketing, especially for eCommerce and lead generation campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Manage campaigns on Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Develop campaign strategies, audience targeting, and budget planning.
- Optimize campaigns regularly to improve ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audiences.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Work closely with the design and content team to create high-converting ad creatives.
- Set up and manage Facebook Pixel, Conversion API, and Google Tag Manager.
- Track and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Stay updated with latest digital advertising trends and platform updates.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of proven experience as a Media Buyer or Performance Marketer.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Experience in eCommerce and lead generation campaigns.
- Ability to manage and scale campaigns with strong ROI/ROAS focus.
- Hands-on experience with pixel tracking, events setup, and analytics tools.
- Understanding of sales funnels, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
- Basic knowledge of creative strategy and ad copywriting.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good English communication skills are required.
