Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently to ensure maximum ROI.
• Generate high-quality buyer and investor leads for real estate projects.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS).
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.
• Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and audience behavior.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Media Buyer or Performance Marketer.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience in real estate advertising is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical and optimization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong reporting and data interpretation skills.
• UAE market experience is an advantage.
