About the Project:
We are looking for a results-driven Media Buyer to scale a premium educational offer in the Artificial Intelligence & Tech Skills niche.
Our product helps digital creatives and freelancers leverage AI tools to automate workflows and produce better work faster. We have a proven concept, a validated funnel, and a strong offer; we need an expert to manage the paid traffic engine that feeds this funnel.

The Role:
You will oversee the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (YouTube Video). We are looking for a specialist who knows how to turn cold traffic into high-ticket sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquisition Strategy: Plan and implement a strategy focused on Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and ROAS. We need profitable scale, not just volume.
- Meta Ads Management: Manage all aspects of FB/IG ads, from audience segmentation (Interests, Lookalikes) to scaling winning ad sets without breaking the CPA.
- YouTube Ads Management: Run targeted In-Stream video ads. You must understand how to leverage Google’s intent data (Search keywords, Custom Intent) to find buyers.
- Creative Guidance: You will act as the "architect" for our ads. You need to write hooks and provide briefs for video creatives that cut through the noise in the tech space.
- Ad Compliance: Write and review copy to ensure we remain compliant with platform policies while still being persuasive.
- Tracking & Tech: Ensure pixels, CAPI, and Google Tags are perfectly implemented for accurate data feedback.
- Reporting: Weekly reporting on key metrics (Spend, Leads, Sales, ROAS) with a clear plan for the upcoming week.
Requirements:
- 3+ Years Experience: Proven success managing paid media budgets on Meta and Google.
- Info-Product Specialist: You MUST have experience selling Online Courses, Education, or Digital Products. You need to understand the mechanics of a VSL or Webinar funnel.
- YouTube Expertise: You have run successful YouTube In-Stream campaigns (skippable video ads).
- AI/Tech Savvy: You are familiar with the "AI Revolution" (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) and understand the pain points of the target audience looking to upskill.
- Analytical: You are obsessed with the numbers. You know your way around Google Analytics and Ad Manager reports.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: Rs160,000.00 - Rs320,000.00 per month
