We are looking for a skilled Media Buyer / Paid Ads Specialist to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience running paid advertising campaigns and managing ad budgets across different digital platforms.
The candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns to generate leads, sales, and brand awareness. You should have a strong understanding of audience targeting, ad performance analysis, and campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns
- Manage campaigns on Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads
- Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for better results
- Conduct audience research and targeting
- Create and test different ad creatives and copy
- Track campaign performance and generate reports
- Manage daily ad budgets and ensure efficient spending
- Work closely with the design and marketing team
- Improve lead generation and conversion rates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Media Buying / Paid Advertising
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Experience with audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimization
- Ability to analyze campaign data and performance metrics
- Basic knowledge of conversion tracking and pixels
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Must have a stable internet connection and proper working setup
Work Environment Requirements
- This is a remote position, but the candidate must remain available online during full working hours (11:00 AM – 7:00 PM).
- The employee will be required to stay connected in a company meeting or virtual workspace during working hours.
- Camera must remain on during working hours to ensure communication and availability.
Pay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
