team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across all major social media platforms, with a heavy focus on E-commerce growth. The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset, is deeply numbers-oriented, and knows how to scale campaigns pro tably. Additionally, you will oversee social media management to maintain a consistent, engaging, and growing brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Management: Create, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across multiple social media networks (including Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and Google).
Social Media Management: Oversee and manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and brand identity maintenance.
E-commerce Optimization: Align campaigns with direct-sales objectives, optimize the e-commerce funnel, and improve conversion rates on online stores.
Data Analysis & Optimization: Monitor daily campaign performance, perform rigorous testing (creatives, copy, audiences), and minimize Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC/CPA).
Reporting: Prepare and present weekly/monthly data-driven reports highlighting key performance metrics and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Creative Collaboration: Partner with the content and design teams to guide the development of high-converting ad creatives and video formats.
Requirements & Skills
Language Skills: Excellent and uent Arabic is mandatory (written and spoken). English pro ciency is a strong plus/plus factor.
